　　At the picture depicts, a father told his son that he should read deeply rather than merely pursue the quantity of reading materials. It reflects that people tendto browse and scan e-books without stopping to ponder even one question. The way we read is so superficial that it arouses great concern in modern life. To be a better reader, we had better do as follows. For one thing, take notes about crucial details as we used to do. Taking notes can avoid the phenomenon that the more we read online or on smart phones, the less we seemed to memorize. For another, classics deserve to be savored by the contemporary people. For example, some classical novels can be read free on Kindle, which makes them popular among youngsters again. Whats more, if we did not make summariesfromtime to time, nothing that we learntfrome-books would truly be ours. In conclusion, when we enjoy digital reading, we should consciously conducts deep reading. Try our best to keep those good habits which are acquired in the process of paper reading, such as intensive reading and deep thinking.

　　時光如箭，轉眼間已在安東石油研究院工作近一個月，因此有必要做一小結。然而，與其說是工作，不如說是學習，與其說是小結，不如說是感悟。雖然，這不是我的第一份工作，但留給我的卻是難忘的記憶和寶貴的財富。入職安東有些偶然，也有些戲劇性。說偶然是因為我在一個偶然的機會，碰到一個處于籌建過程中且急需用人的單位，經過競爭不算激烈的面試，兩天之內就開始了正式的工作。為什么會錄用我？行政助理的工作由心細的女同志去做不是更好嗎？或許籌建過程中需要一位男同志來料理日雜事務而我就是面試中唯一的男性，或許籌建過程中有許多規(guī)章制度需要草擬而我正好是文科出身，甚至因為我中國政法大學的本科學歷誤導了領導……說戲劇性是因為我的母校是中國政法大學，而安東卻是一個石化類企業(yè)，而母校的對面就是中國石油大學，以前，無論求學還是求職，都未曾想過此后的工作和石油沾邊，而且以前學的都是法律的`條條框框，思維模式也是�！坝摇倍拧白蟆钡模砉ぷ鞯姆椒ㄅc此恰好相反。但現(xiàn)在去想這些都不重要了，因為已經工作了一個月，重要的是在工作中做出了什么成績，究竟為單位，為領導分了多少憂，解了多少愁，以及自己通過工作學到了什么？下面結合工作中的點點滴滴做具體小結。

　　首先，一下我對行政助理工作內容和方法的認識。截至目前，我工作的主要內容是圍繞單位新辦公室的裝修和一些規(guī)章制度的草擬而展開的。辦公室的裝修，自有施工隊的專業(yè)人員去做，經理布置給我的具體任務有丈量面積、草擬合同、接收集團總公司送來的電子辦公用品和辦公家具等，這些我都做了，自己也比較滿意，因為這些事情比較簡單、機械，任何會說普通話，識數(shù)的人都能做，我只是做得更細致，更專業(yè)一些而已。但在長達數(shù)十天的工作中，失誤和遺憾更多。比如，新安裝電話機號碼和位置的搭配，網絡線路的大致走向，裝修和保潔質量的監(jiān)督，移動硬盤的安全管理等等，其中有些是王經理三令五申過的，而有些則需要自己去思考，但這些工作都沒有做好�，F(xiàn)在回憶起來，當失誤出現(xiàn)時，自己第一反應總是“這樣的小問題，怎么沒做好？下次一定不能再出現(xiàn)這樣低級的失誤了�！薄斑@個問題領導并沒有具體指示”，接著，便是在心里尋找失誤的原因，要么，因為自己生活經驗淺薄，要么因為擔心多做多錯，甚至，從自己的專業(yè)知識、性格特點上去找原因。然而，正是這樣一種誠惶誠恐的心態(tài)和研究式的思維方式，最終，把簡單的工作想得太復雜，做得很糟糕。現(xiàn)在想起來，其實一切很簡單，自己的職務是助理，顧名思義，是領導的助手，領導安排的只是一件件或明確或模糊的事情，甚至是領導也沒有想到的事情，自己所要做的只是務必用最快捷的辦法達到最理想的效果，所要思考的只是最佳的工作方法問題，而不是擔心自己做不好或者要承擔責任而思前想后，甚至不敢去做。

　　其次，總結一下我對管理的認識。剛到單位，我覺得人數(shù)較少，多數(shù)是專業(yè)研發(fā)人員，而且大家都熟悉，因此，管理工作力度很小，甚至不存在管理工作，相應的綜合管理部的職責只是為研發(fā)人員提供服務而已，正是出于這種錯誤認識，一段時間內，我對研發(fā)人員借用移動硬盤要登記，暫不發(fā)放新鑰匙給研發(fā)人員，以及會議上一再強調的采購過程要潔身自好等不太理解。但后來研究室人員未經登記長時間使用移動硬盤造成我工作上的被動，以及他們經常對生活用品和一些瑣碎事情提意見甚至抱怨等等證明了我當初的想法是錯誤而又幼稚的。說這些，并不是批評自己的同事，因為他們也是為了工作，況且要求每個人嚴于律己、寬于律人甚至大公無私是不現(xiàn)實的，出現(xiàn)問題的原因一方面是籌備階段一切尚處于磨合期，另一方面是自己的工作沒有做到做好�，F(xiàn)在，我才深刻的認識到管理無處不在，管理不等于服務，管理的意義不僅體現(xiàn)在節(jié)約成本上，更重要的是通過整合資源，提高效率而產生效益。雖然自己是學文科的，但認識水平還停留在感性的文科階段，也就是說只能和“文”打交道，而不能和“人”打交道。管理不僅是一種藝術，更是一種科學，是需要認真思考和深刻總結的。

　　7月11日，我正式走進了房地產策劃有限公司，開始了自己人生中很重要的一份工作，心里很感激公司給我這個工作的機會，以前自己總認為我所做的對得起自己拿的這份工資就夠了，因為公司不只是我一個人，雖然我也會努力的工作但是心里更多的是因為想得到領導的肯定。但是現(xiàn)在，公司教給我的是：我在公司所做的一切工作、所學的所有知識實際上是在為自己以后要走的路添磚加瓦，向周圍的同事學習他們的長處，彌補自己的短處，三人行必有我?guī)熝桑瑩衿渖普叨鴱闹�，其不善者而改之，能更加提高自己，從而讓自己做的更好�?/p>

　　從七月份工作到現(xiàn)在，期間有過挫折有過煩惱，但是更多的是歡樂以及汲取知識后的滿足感，雖然工作中還存在這樣那樣的`不足之處，但應該說這段時間付出了不少，也收獲了很多，也逐漸感覺自己成長了、成熟了。我不敢說自己的工作已經做得很好，以后一個錯誤都不會有，但我認為：前面的路，不管是一馬平川還是艱難險阻，只要頑強地走過去，就會獲得寶貴的經驗。

　　在這份工作里，很重要的是要做好跟同事之間的協(xié)調、溝通，特別是我們需要不時的去個個案場跟同事們協(xié)調工作，跟同事們之間的溝通以及相處的氛圍就需要自己細心的去體會，要經常和案場的同事們做溝通，了解他們的想法，有問題及時向專職部門匯報，及時調整大家的心態(tài)，解決好問題，這樣我們的案場才會和諧健康的發(fā)展下去，擁有最好的團隊精神，成為房產界的一匹黑馬。誠然在調整好案場人員心態(tài)的同事也要調整好自己的心態(tài)，凡事爭取再耐心一點、再認真一點、再周到一點，滿懷的熱情投入到每天的工作當中。

　　這以后的時間里，我將嚴格要求自己，遇事多向前輩們請教，努力讓自己成為一名合格的行政助理，為公司盡綿薄之力。

　　在公司這段時間加上與同事們一段時間的相處，意識到敬業(yè)程度是一個公司的員工很值得注重的問題，比如說，一個員工他敬業(yè)了，喜歡自己的工作了，就不會有絕對的上班時間自己應該做事，下班時間是自己的時間之分;不會有這件工作應該不應該自己做的疑問;對待工作對待客戶就會有很大的態(tài)度上的不同，對工作對客戶都會態(tài)度積極端正對待，敬業(yè)就會超越自我用標準化的服務滿足客戶，這樣每次都比別人好一點點，從而做到爭創(chuàng)同行業(yè)的領頭團隊。

　　團隊，一個人不能完成大使命，而團隊正是一個取長補短的最佳方式，一個優(yōu)秀的團隊可以讓一個企業(yè)快速成長，雖然團隊在成長的過程中會遇到很多問題，但是只要團隊精神仍舊在這里，一切一切都會迎刃而解，只要團隊互相配合工作，達到同行業(yè)領先指日可待。

　　以上是我這段時間所意識到的，也是我以后該學習應用的，作為瑞和的一名員工，我知道并且相信我們的公司我們的團隊會越來越好，而這個念頭也會督促我自己要做的更好。
