Asking for Leave（請(qǐng)假條）

Dear Ms Ma,
      I am sorry to tell you that I can't go to school today. Last night my mother had a high fever and a bad cough. Perhaps she has caught flu. I will take my mother to Tiantan Hospital and then look after her at home, so I couldn't go to school today. So I would like to ask for one day's leave. I will be very grateful if you grant my leave.

    很抱歉我今天不能去上學(xué)了。昨天夜里我媽媽發(fā)高燒，咳嗽得厲害，她可能得了流感。因?yàn)榻裉煳乙獛�媽媽去天壇醫(yī)院，然后在家照顧她，所以不能去上學(xué)了。因此我想跟您請(qǐng)一天假。如果您能準(zhǔn)假我會(huì)非常感激。

She didn't have a good sleep and is very weak today, so I will go to Tiantan Hospital with my mother, and then stay at home to attend her. Because of this I have to ask for leave.
