中國(guó)人視道為體系完整的思想學(xué)說(shuō)，是宇宙、人生的法則、規(guī)律，所以，中國(guó)人不輕易言道，不像日本茶有茶道，花有花道，香有香道，劍有劍道，鏈摔跤搏擊也有柔道、跆拳道。在中國(guó)飲食、玩樂(lè)諸活動(dòng)中能升華為“道”的只有茶道。
前兩天聽(tīng)到一名15的學(xué)生講中國(guó)的茶文化，娓娓道來(lái)，表演得有板有眼，不時(shí)還有一種自豪感出現(xiàn)在臉上，真讓我震撼和感動(dòng)。震撼于現(xiàn)在年輕人都在玩psp、跳街舞、玩輪滑、聽(tīng)R&B,專找時(shí)尚和前衛(wèi)有個(gè)性的來(lái)玩，居然還有這樣一個(gè)孩子在默默的學(xué)著中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的東西;感動(dòng)于這個(gè)孩子在說(shuō)的過(guò)程中臉上的'那種驕傲與自信的表情，我想這就是文化的傳承。
吳覺(jué)農(nóng)先生認(rèn)為：茶道是“把茶視為珍貴、高尚的飲料，飲茶是一種精神上的享受，是一種藝術(shù)，或是一種修身養(yǎng)性的手段。”我想真正品茶的人就會(huì)把茶當(dāng)作修身養(yǎng)性的過(guò)程，當(dāng)作精神上的享受。坐在落地陽(yáng)臺(tái)邊，打開(kāi)一本自己喜愛(ài)的書(shū)，品著一杯鐵觀音是多么的愜意的事，告別生活中的一切煩惱，在這一刻只享受茶和書(shū)給我們帶來(lái)的一切......

A pound of tea is made of hundreds of dried tea leaves.The Plant they come from is a small evergreen tree. Usually my relatives trim the trees so that they are only about three feet tall. When they are three years old, the tree are ready for the first picking.Only the buds and the very young leaves are picked. Pickers carry baskets for the leaves as they walk along the rows. Picking is done several times a season. There are many kinds of tea. My relatives are busy all the year round.。
